From what I hear, this month has been a MOOONTH for everyone. A month of change, sadness, craziness, hurt, etc. It definitely has been a roller coaster for me! Usually the feeling that follows all of the ones listed is anxiety. Anxiousness about doing the right thing, saying the right thing – you know all of the things you fret over all day long.
This playlist will hopefully help to ease those feelings and let you realize you’re not perfect, no one is and there are certain things out of your control. Maybe for an hour and 15 minutes you can let go and just be.
